The next recipe we used Private selections marmalade and mixed it with equal parts honey, soy sauce and added 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, and a dash or two of seasame oil. Brown all your chicken first and then just pour this mixture over the top and let it simmer and reduce until the chicken is done

Private Selection's Maple syrup, it's not just for breakfast!
As a bzz agent, I was able to try private selection's wide array of products. I love finding new ways to use their products in new ways. I knew as I was serving my kids the PS brand belgiam waffles and 1005 pure maple syrup, that I was going to do something with it and our bbq. My husband got excited and of course already had a recipe in mind. And then comes the birth of the best maple glazed bbq ribs that we have ever make and our new twist on a asian chicken using the PS brand marmalade! The first recipe featured here are the maple glazed ribs. We slow cooked these bad boys for 4 hours using just the private selections Texas BBQ rub. They then got a bath in a mixture using the rub and maple syrup and were grilled to prefection. They fell apart and were amazing with the sweet and tangy flavors that blended with that great grill flavor! Just amazing! bzz agent fortytoes #gotitfree!

Private selection has me getting creative!
Once you try some of the Private Selection products, your creative juices get stirring. As a bzz agent I get to try new products and we are particularly excited about this campaign! We started our food adventure by choosing a meat. I had no idea PS brand make so many prducts! We opted for the ground lamb as I was feeling inspired to try some thing different. Boy was I in for a surprise! I used my favorite burger press from Avon and got to work. Boy oh boy were we surprised when we sunk our teeth into these! Incredibly juicy and full flavored. We served them on top of a crispy bed of spring lettuce, organic colby jack cheese. We decided not to pile on the toppings on this one so that the truely wonderful flavors of the lamb shine through. I'll definately make this one again. I may try doing a mediteranian lamb skewer or even another burger using a feta instead. The options are endless and lamb is a meat you should'nt shy away from. Nutritionally speaking, lamb is an excellent source of a nutritionally complete protein, meaning that it contains all 8 essential amino acids, as well as vitamins and minerals. Specifically, lamb is an excellent source of several B vitamins, niacin, zinc, and as with all red meats, is an excellent source of iron. In addition, lamb is one of the richest sources of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), a compound manufactured naturally in the stomachs of cows and sheep (but not humans) that is thought to spur antioxidant activity and may also have anti-cancer properties.bzz agent fortytoes #gotitfree!
