Comforts for Baby Product...my thoughts

All in all I think it's a great affordable option. I got to try free, an array of Comforts for Baby products. I tried the lavander baby wash and lotion and have nothing but good things to say about it. Lavander helps to calm and relax so thats a plus. The lotion is thinner and silker which is something I like. If your baby has very dry skin you may prefer something a little thicker in consistancy.
I wanted to try the training diapers but they were out at my Ralph's. I ended up trying the size 4 Comforts for Baby instead. We really only use diapers at night. They diapers themselves are very thin and have a cute bee design. The elastic around the legs is soft and stretchy and seems sufficiant to hold in any messy accidents.
The fit was nice and trim on my daughter. After sleeping with it on overnight, the diaper did not leak. She was however wetter than she would normaly be when I took the diaper off. Huggies and pamers all contain an absorbant gel powder than really wicks away the moisture away from baby. Even though this could pose a problem for one who's baby in in this diaper all day, I found it to be a helpful quality in potty training because the other diapers are so good that she does'nt "feel" wet. With these, she has been waking up and having to go to the bathroom. The wipes that Comforts for Baby makes a pretty great. The box itself does'nt hurt my fingers as some do. The wipes are soft and stretchy. They could have made them a little thicker but other than that, they are fine. I like them for taking off makeup. The price is right and the products they make are pretty good. I would say be aware that your baby may need to be changed more often though because of the thiness and lack of wicking ability. #gotitfree
